The Bybit Card is more complete than the OKX Card because it includes a physical card, ATM withdrawals and 1% cashback without a monthly cap. It is best used with a euro balance: the 0.9% crypto conversion fee can consume almost all of the standard cashback. The temporary 5% Summer promotion sounds generous, but does not apply to ordinary euro payments.
The Bybit Card is a virtual and physical Mastercard connected directly to a Bybit EU Funding Account. You can pay from a euro balance or let Bybit convert supported crypto at checkout. To a merchant, it works like an ordinary prepaid Mastercard.
In August 2026, the regular cashback programme was simplified to 1% without a monthly cap for non-VIP users. That may look modest next to cards advertising 3% or 5%, but an uncapped standard rate can be more useful for higher monthly spending. The actual value depends heavily on the balance used to fund each payment.
- Regular 1% cashback without a monthly cap
- Temporary 5% cashback up to €50 during the Summer campaign
- Virtual and physical Mastercard
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and ATM withdrawals
- 0.9% conversion fee when spending crypto
- First €100 in ATM withdrawals per month is free

Bybit Card review summary
The most economical way to use the Bybit Card is to pay in euros from a euro balance. This avoids crypto conversion and, for a euro transaction, foreign exchange charges. Eligible purchases then earn 1% cashback without a monthly cap.
If Bybit has to sell crypto, it charges 0.9% on top of its One-Click Sell rate. This consumes almost all of the standard cashback. A non-euro transaction also adds 0.5% on top of the Mastercard rate. A high reward percentage therefore does not automatically mean a high net return.
Pros
- 1% cashback without a monthly cap for non-VIP users
- Virtual and physical Mastercard with no annual card fee
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and ATM withdrawals
- Up to €50 back on eligible subscriptions in the first month
Cons
- Spending from crypto costs 0.9% on top of the selling rate
- Non-euro payments cost 0.5% on top of the Mastercard rate
- Cashback is first awarded as Reward Points rather than euros
- The 5% Summer promotion has strict currency and merchant conditions
What is the Bybit Card?
The Bybit Card is the payment card for Bybit’s regulated European platform. Harmoniie SAS issues the Mastercard in partnership with Moorwand and is supervised by the French ACPR for payment services. The crypto and Funding Account are provided by Bybit EU GmbH, which holds a MiCA licence in Austria.
The virtual card is available after approval. A physical card is also available and can be used for ATM withdrawals. Apple Pay, Google Pay and, according to Bybit, Samsung Pay are supported depending on the country and device.
Read our full Bybit EU review if you first want to assess the underlying platform. The card uses the same account but has its own terms, limits and fees.
Paying with euros or crypto
The card does not use a separate wallet. It draws from the Funding Account. Bybit currently supports euros and several cryptoassets, including BTC, ETH, XRP, USDC, TON and MNT. This selection can change.
A euro payment funded with euros is the least expensive route. When a payment is funded with crypto, Bybit sells enough crypto at its One-Click Sell rate and adds a 0.9% conversion fee. A transaction in another currency also incurs 0.5% on top of the Mastercard exchange rate.
The selected payment order matters. Otherwise, even a small purchase can trigger an unnecessary crypto sale and conversion charge.
Bybit Card fees
Fees and costs
A euro payment funded with euros avoids both the 0.9% crypto conversion fee and the 0.5% foreign exchange fee. The 0.9% applies when Bybit has to sell crypto. The 0.5% applies when the card transaction is not settled in euros. The Mastercard rate and any ATM operator surcharge may still apply.
Current fees for the European Bybit Card
| Item | Fee | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual card | €0 | Issuance is free until further notice |
| Physical card | €0 for the first card | Replacement costs €5 |
| Annual and inactivity | €0 | Cancellation also costs €0 |
| Euro balance in euros | 0% crypto conversion | For a payment settled in euros |
| Payment funded with crypto | 0.9% | On top of the One-Click Sell rate |
| Payment outside the euro | 0.5% | On top of the Mastercard exchange rate |
| ATM withdrawal | €100 per month free | Then 2%; the ATM operator may charge extra |
The official fee page lists no annual, inactivity or cancellation fee. The virtual card and first physical card are currently issued without a fee. A replacement physical card costs €5.
Bybit does not charge for the first €100 of ATM withdrawals each month. It charges 2% above that allowance. The ATM owner may add a separate surcharge. Abroad, choose the local currency and decline the ATM’s often unfavourable currency conversion.
The Tier 1 spending limit is €5,000 per transaction and per day, €10,000 per month and €60,000 per year. Higher tiers reach €15,000 per day, €50,000 per month and €250,000 per year. A limit increase must be requested and can be declined.
Cashback and Reward Points
Since 4 August 2026, existing non-VIP users have also received 1% cashback without a monthly cap. New users were already on this structure. The reward is first credited as Bybit Card Reward Points. Auto Cashback can convert those points daily into a supported cryptoasset such as BTC.
VIP users retain a tiered programme from 2% to 10%. The highest 10% tier has a €600 monthly cap and requires a very high VIP or PRO level. It is not a realistic standard rate for most users.
New cardholders may also receive a 100% rebate on selected subscriptions in their first month, including services such as Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, ChatGPT and TradingView, up to €50 in total. This is a one-time benefit and availability may vary by country.
Summer Card promotion until 17 September 2026
The temporary Summer Travel Promotion offers a limited-edition virtual card design, missions and 5% total cashback up to €50. You must register before completing a task, and transactions must be processed by 17 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
The 5% does not apply to every payment. Only selected merchant categories qualify, including travel, accommodation, transport, restaurants, fashion and wellness. The transaction must also settle in a currency that is not excluded. Payments in EUR, SEK, DKK, PLN, CZK, NOK and CHF, among others, therefore do not receive this 5%.
The promotional rate does not stack with regular cashback or the welcome offer. Bybit applies one rate. Rewards are issued as Reward Points, not as a euro balance. Residents of Malta are excluded from this promotion.
Separate missions reward applying for the card, depositing at least 100 USDC, making a first purchase and spending with airlines, hotels or travel agencies. The €50 and €200 spending missions can each be repeated up to ten times. Mission rewards come from a limited €40,000 pool and remain available only while the pool lasts.
€30 Bitcoin welcome offer
The current anniversary promotion gives eligible new users €30 in Bitcoin after they deposit at least €100 within seven days of registration. Registration for this particular campaign ends on 16 August 2026 at 10:00 UTC. It is not a permanent card bonus, and not every account will see it in the Rewards Hub.
Bybit also advertises a Card Welcome Package worth up to €170: 10% cashback during the first 30 days up to €110, a €10 card voucher and up to €50 in selected subscription rebates. Each part has its own tasks, country restrictions and exclusions. Check the personal Rewards Hub before depositing or spending.
Our Bybit referral code page opens the same European Bybit account required for the card. Check that page and your Rewards Hub to see which offer is actually available to your account.

Bybit is more attractive than OKX for users without VIP status who spend more, because its 1% rate has no monthly cap. OKX charges substantially less for stablecoin conversion, but caps standard cashback at €10. Bybit is strong for euro payments funded with euros; its 0.9% fee makes the net reward much less impressive when spending directly from crypto.

Security, regulation and risks
Card issuance and crypto services are provided by different companies. Harmoniie SAS is the regulated card issuer. Bybit EU manages the account, crypto and conversion. The structure is regulated, but a crypto balance is not the same as a bank deposit.
Crypto in the Funding Account is not covered by a deposit guarantee scheme. A stablecoin can lose its peg and other cryptoassets can fall sharply in value. Bybit sells crypto when it funds a payment, which may be a taxable event depending on where you live.
Keep only the amount you need in the card account, enable two-factor authentication and freeze the card immediately in the app if it is lost. Check which asset will be sold first and only enable Auto Earn if you understand its additional product risks.
Our experience and conclusion
The Bybit Card is one of the more complete European crypto payment cards. Its physical card, ATM withdrawals, mobile wallets and uncapped 1% standard cashback are meaningful benefits. Paying from a euro balance is particularly straightforward and inexpensive.
Its weak point is the 0.9% crypto conversion fee. Anyone using the card specifically to spend crypto directly retains almost none of the regular 1% cashback after that fee. Rewards are also credited as points first, and temporary campaigns are more complicated than their headline percentages suggest.
Our verdict is positive when the Funding Account is configured carefully. Use euros for everyday payments, treat 1% as the normal benefit and regard 5% or 10% as temporary or highly conditional exceptions.
