Maren Altman is 22-year-old New Yorker with a knack for social media, where she boasts several million followers on all platforms combined. She is also an astrologer and as of late a crypto investor who predicts price patterns of both Dogecoin and Bitcoin.

The young woman who mostly appears in red lipstick and tight tops to garner more clicks, has a huge following on social media platforms, most notably on TikTok.

As of late, she’s broadened her usual forecasting from political happenings in the US (claiming she saw the 6 January riot on the Capitol coming) to include also Bitcoin and Dogecoin price charts.

Mercury and Saturn

Believers claims she’s doing a very good job at providing technical analysis based on the shifting of Mercury and Saturn.

Although a Reuters article made fun of her for relying on horoscopic trends to predict crypto prices, followers responded in awe of her correctness, stating she:

Maren, who has about a million followers on TikTok mostly for her horoscope readings, regularly gets 100,000 views on the platform now for any of her crypto predictions as more and more young people are interested in investing in Bitcoin.

She did put out a direct disclaimer with her price projections though, stating:

We don’t know when the moon is in the second house, but do want to update you on Maren’s long term view:

I see some favourable indicators at the end of the month and especially February and early March.

However getting into mid-March, I see a big correction. Mid-April is also really less optimistic. May is bullish.

If this proves correct, we can all assume that Maren’s follower total will only increase in 2021.
