Arthur Hayes predicts Bitcoin will reach $250,000 by end of 2025
Bitcoin savant Arthur Hayes, the legendary founder of Bitmex and one of the first crypto billionaires, is sounding hyper bullish now (even though the crypto market is turning bloody red today). He advises buying everything you can and predicts a Bitcoin price of $250,000 by the end of the year.
Poor people
In his latest essay, Hayes points out that US monetary policy under the Trump administration plays a crucial role in the future rise of cryptocurrencies. He specifically cites the “QE 4 Poor People” program, which provides credit to industries considered crucial, such as rare earth metals, in order to support the US war economy.
According to Hayes, this credit creation directly fuels the further rise of cryptocurrencies. He cites, for example, the contract that the US Department of Defense signed with a company called MP Materials to increase rare earth production. These types of agreements, which do not require Congressional approval, are expected to increase in number and continue to boost the money supply, causing the dollar to fall and cryptocurrency prices to soar to new heights.
Despite geopolitical and economic uncertainties, Arthur Hayes thus remains very confident that Bitcoin and Ether will reach $250,000 and $10,000 respectively by the end of the year. This prediction comes as no surprise, as just a few weeks ago, Arthur Hayes wrote on his social media channels: “Buy everything you can.”
