HTX referral code
HTX referral code rmsd3 gives eligible new users access to the current Rewards Hub campaign. The advertised maximum is up to 1,500 USDT, but that figure combines different tasks and is not a guaranteed cash bonus.
Important for European users: HTX does not have a MiCA licence and is ending its services for residents in Europe. Do not create a new HTX account from Europe. This referral code is only relevant in countries where HTX still accepts new customers.

HTX is the name Huobi has used since 2023. The international platform offers spot trading, derivatives, copy trading and Earn products, but the offer varies by country. Before using the code, check whether registration and every product you want to use are legally available where you live.
European readers can use a MiCA-licensed alternative such as Bitvavo, Bybit EU or OKX.

What do you get with the HTX referral code?
The referral code unlocks HTX’s new-user Rewards Hub. The headline amount of up to 1,500 USDT is built from several onboarding and trading tasks. It is not credited automatically after registration.
Typical tasks include:
- creating and verifying an account;
- making a first deposit;
- completing a first spot trade;
- completing a first futures trade;
- reaching temporary deposit or trading-volume targets.
Rewards may be issued as Mystery Boxes, cashback vouchers or trading bonuses rather than withdrawable USDT. A reward advertised as “up to” a certain amount can therefore be much smaller in practice. Always inspect the campaign page, eligible products and expiry date before moving money.
HT fee discount is a separate benefit
HTX also advertises up to 25% off spot fees and 5% off futures fees when you hold HT and use it for fees. That discount does not come from referral code rmsd3.
The standard entry-level spot fee has historically been around 0.20% for maker and taker orders. Higher Prime tiers can lower it based on assets or 30-day trading volume. Futures fees and tier conditions vary by contract and can change, so confirm the live fee schedule inside HTX.
Buying HT only for a fee reduction introduces an extra risk: the token can lose more value than you save on fees. Compare the expected saving with the amount you would have to hold.
How to apply code rmsd3
The code must be entered while creating the account. It cannot normally be added afterwards.
How to use the Htx referral code rmsd3
Check whether HTX is available
Do not open a new account from Europe. Continue only if HTX legally accepts customers in your country.
Open the registration page
Use the button on this page and choose Sign Up.
Enter your details
Register with your email address or phone number and choose a strong, unique password.
Apply the referral code
Open the referral-code field and enter rmsd3 before completing registration. It cannot be added later.
Verify and inspect the Rewards Hub
Complete the required checks, then read the current task limits, expiry dates and reward type before depositing or trading.
After registration, open the Rewards Hub and activate every task you actually want to complete. Do not trade futures solely to unlock a small voucher: leverage, funding costs and liquidation risk can outweigh the reward.
HTX is stopping in Europe
HTX does not have a MiCA licence and is not authorised as a crypto service provider in Europe. The platform is therefore ending or restricting services for European residents.
This means:
- European residents should not create a new HTX account;
- the referral offer on this page is intended only for supported countries outside Europe;
- existing users should follow the deadlines and withdrawal instructions shown in their account;
- access to the website does not mean that registration or trading is permitted in your country.
A MiCA licence does not remove all crypto risk, but it does introduce European requirements for governance, complaints and the handling of client assets. HTX does not provide that European regulatory framework.
HTX costs and risks
Apart from trading fees, check withdrawal fees, network selection, spreads in instant-conversion tools and funding payments on perpetual contracts. A low maker fee does not make a leveraged position cheap when funding runs against you.
HTX is a centralised exchange, so assets left on the platform remain exposed to custody and counterparty risk. Use two-factor authentication, a unique password and an address whitelist. If you hold crypto for the long term, consider a personal wallet and test a small withdrawal first.
