Can you still use Paxful?
No. You cannot create a new account, open an offer, buy or sell crypto, or deposit to an old address. The official withdrawal site exists only to return remaining assets to eligible former users.
Paxful states that legacy deposit addresses are no longer monitored. Sending assets to one may lead to a permanent loss.
What should former users know?
Use only the official withdrawal site, complete any required identity check there and withdraw the remaining balance promptly. Paxful says a recurring maintenance fee may apply to assets left in the account, although regulatory restricted accounts can be exempt.
Do not pay an unknown recovery agent, share a seed phrase or install remote access software. Keep screenshots and transaction records if a withdrawal requires support.
Historical marketplace and risks
Paxful connected buyers and sellers rather than filling orders through a central order book. An offer could use bank transfer, online wallets, gift cards or other local payment methods.
Escrow reduced settlement risk, but scams, payment reversals, stolen gift cards, false proof of payment and disputes remained possible. A seller’s price could also be far above the wider market price.

Never had any problems there, traded multiple times on paxful succesfully. Protect yourself and beware of traders who tries to scam you by telling you to release coins before they pay (if you sell coins). Find a good trader with a fully verified account and a lot of good feedback to be safe, there is a lot of good partners to work with on paxful, just be carefull.

I am not happy with Paxful . After depositing $335 to my paxful account, they prompted me to send my ID for verification. I did and they rejected my ID for verification of my account and also Froze My Paxful account. I have $400 in that account now. I sent a message to their support and this is a month almost clocking with no response. I don't want to use this website anymore. Please just verify my account so I can take my money out. Don't use Paxful. They have worst customer care service. If in case you run into some problem with your account or transaction forget getting any help. You will end up losing all your currency.

If i sell my gift card to any trader and other guy scammed me. That mean we cant do anything. Dispute option is just button to click. Nothing will happen. After you click on dispute moderator will join within 12 hours. And then they rewarded to their guy. If any person is selling gift card on paxful. Stay alert. Paxful is not good there are bunch of scammers where paxful moderator support them i have proof as well.
