Canton Coin (CC) is the utility coin of the Canton Network’s Global Synchronizer. Availability remains limited, so check regional access, euro liquidity and withdrawals yourself.
Where can I buy Canton?
CC is available with euro trading through Kraken in Europe, among other venues. It is still less widely supported than major cryptocurrencies. Check whether buying, selling, deposits and withdrawals are all enabled in your account. We do not show a generic top three because our regular comparison partners do not all support Canton.
What is Canton Coin?
Canton Network was built for financial institutions and tokenised assets. Applications and private ledgers can settle transactions through the Global Synchronizer while sensitive data remains visible only to parties that need it.
CC pays for network traffic, rewards infrastructure providers and has a governance role. Usage fees are burned, while participants can mint rewards for measurable network activity. According to the Canton Foundation, there was no premine or venture-capital allocation.
